HEADQUARTERS（ヘッドクオーターズ）は KSFCLB, Koshigoe School, 洋間レコードなどKteamのプロジェクトを設置、販売するためのスペースです。また、プロジェクトを進めるためのワークスペースでもあり、Kteamの作品のほとんどがHEADQUARTERSで制作されています。近年は交流ある国内外アーティストとのコラボレーション作品の制作、ワークショップ、展示も行っています。

ブランド紹介
KSFCLB
KSFCLB（腰越ソーイングファンクラブ）は2015年から始まった阿部隆太によるミシンを使った創作プロジェクトです。主に防水性と堅牢性の高いメッセンジャーバッグやバックパックなどを鎌倉のショップ・スタジオのHEADQUARTERSで制作しています。デザイン、生地の裁断、縫製、販売等のほぼ全ての工程を1人で行います。KSFCLBはアパレルブランドではなく、パンクロック由来のDIY精神を基軸とした活動であり、作品制作の他にも不定期にワークショップを開催したり、他アーティストとのコラボレーション作品の制作も行います。
洋間レコード
洋間レコードは有富裕一と阿部隆太による音楽デュオ「洋間スタジオ」が運営する自主レーベルです。有富はライブではピアノ・ボーカルを担当し、レコーディングではほぼ全ての楽器の演奏及びミキシングを、鎌倉にある実家の洋間にセッティングされた「洋間スタジオ」で行います。これがバンド名の由来となります。阿部はライブではギター・ボーカルを担当するほか、洋間グッズの制作やアルバムジャケット等のデザインを担当しています。

Koshigoe School
Koshigoe School（腰越スクール）は阿部隆太による写真にフォーカスしたプロジェクトです。このプロジェクトは、2014年に開設されたブログページ（koshigoeschool.com）が原点であり、「ボツになった写真をアップロードするため」の場としてスタートしました。その後、派生プロジェクトとして、少部数のフォトジン「Koshigoe School Zine」の制作や、自作した10枚撮りのカメラで他人が撮った写真をプリントする「10 PHOTOS」、世界各地のアーティストとのエアメールによるジン交換などが展開され、写真を通じて自己表現や他者理解を深めることを目的に活動をしています。ブックフェアへの出展や、他アーティストのジンの制作・出版も不定期に行います。
スクールは「学校」ではなく「派」を意味します。

It also serves as a workspace for advancing projects, with the majority of Kteam's works being produced at HEADQUARTERS. Brand introduction
KSFCLB
KSFCLB (Koshigoe Sewing Fan Club) is a creative project initiated by Ryuta Abe that involves using a sewing machine, and it began in 2015. Primarily based at the HEADQUARTERS shop and studio in Kamakura, the project focuses on crafting messenger bags, backpacks, and other items known for their high waterproof and durable qualities. Abe handles almost every aspect of the process, including design, fabric cutting, sewing, and sales, all as a solo effort. KSFCLB distinguishes itself as more than just an apparel brand, embodying a project rooted in the DIY spirit derived from punk rock. Occasionally, KSFCLB organizes workshops and engage in the production of collaborative pieces with other artists.
Yōma Records
Yōma Records is run by a music duo "Yōma Studio" formed by Yuichi Aritomi and Ryuta Abe. Aritomi handles piano and vocals during live performances, and in recording sessions, he plays almost all instruments and manages the mixing at the “Yōma Studio" ( Yōma means western room in Japanese) set up in his family's house in Kamakura. This is the origin of the band's name.
Abe takes on guitar and vocals during live shows, and he is also responsible for creating Yōma merchandise, as well as designing album covers.

Koshigoe School
Koshigoe School is a project focused on photography by Ryuta Abe. The project originated from a blog page (koshigoeschool.com) established in 2014 with the purpose of uploading rejected photos. It has since evolved to include the production of a small number of photo zines titled "Koshigoe School Zine," the creation of prints from photos taken by others using a self-made 10-shot camera called "10 PHOTOS," and engaging in international zine exchanges with artists through airmail, among other activities. The aim of the project is to deepen self-expression and mutual understanding through photography. The term "School" here does not refer to an educational institution but rather signifies a group or faction. The project also sporadically participates in book fairs and undertakes the occasional production and publication of zines by other artists.
